Trenton’s baseball team rallied from a 3-0 deficit in the seventh inning to tie the game, then added two runs in the eighth to claim a 5-3 win over Allen Park Cabrini in the second game of a doubleheader Saturday.
Trenton won the first game, 3-1. It was the opening games for both teams.
In the first game, Trenton’s Dan Bak had two hits and Cabrini’s Justin Belcher had an RBI-double.
In the second game, Dylan Vanderberg drove in the winning run with a double and did not allow a hit for 6 2/3 innings. For Cabrini, Justin Sombati allowed just one hit in six innings.
