ALLEN PARK: Housing director earns scholarship

ALLEN PARK — The city’s housing commission executive director, Andrew Hill, was awarded the John L. Carroll Memorial Scholarship in April by the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials.

The scholarship will cover the tuition for a national seminar offered through the association. The association offers seminars throughout the continental Unite States.
